Thank you for friendly and warm inteview. He salute to me in my mother language and I am pretty impressed. I was a bit excited at the beggining however after his salution I became comfortable and feel at home.

Quick response: 2 days after applying for the position, I got an interview invitation.
Scheduling the interview: using a tool with several options to choose from.
Quick response after the interview: 1 hour after the interview I was invited for the next round. I learned from it that the interviewer knows exactly what to look for, and was able to conclude the report and make a decision quickly.
To improve:
Share some details about what to expect before the interview so that the candidate can be better prepared. for example, if it is mostly get to know you, or technical interview.
My hosts were willing to explain and to listen, took good care of clarifying their questions in case I misunderstood. This resulted in a very effective meeting.
- no answer to application for 3 weeks
- quick response after I requested an update, followed by an almost immediate interview invite for the position I applied for
- interview turned out to be for an entirely different, vaguely described position. No communication beforehand.
- friendly atmosphere during the interview, though the interviewer himself expressed doubt regarding the reasons for Recruiting to set up this meeting
- received standard rejection letter with no further feedback
- what remains is the bad impression of a recruiting team that refuses to clearly communicate how my application is handled internally. I am not sure if they have even read the cover letter, and if even if they did, how they attempted to lure me into another interview for a job that is far off the position I applied for. A simple or rejection, or at least some transparency about the position I am interviewing for would be a bit less dubious
Das Vorstellungsgespräch wurde 2 mal verschoben, doch das kann passieren...
Sehr freundliches und harmonisches Gespräch, leider vom Zeitverlauf mit geplanten 30 Minuten viel zu kurz. Obwohl das Folgegespräch um 15 Minuten verschieben konnte, waren selbst die ca. 45 Minuten zu wenig, hierzu sollte für zukünftig gesuchte langjährig erfahrene Bewerber aufgrund der Länge des CV und deren Erfahrung, die transportiert werden sollte, mindestens 60 Minuten eingeplant werden. Durch die fehlende Zeit sind verschiedene Fragen leider noch unbeantwortet geblieben.
Ansonsten war es en sehr sympathisches und zielorientiertes Gespräch mit gegenseitigem inhaltlichem Austausch und für mich war es auch das gute Gefühl einer gemeinsamen Perspektive mit Sunfire.
Das Bewerbungserlebnis war durch und durch positiv.
I had a good experience, it did give me feeling like I am actually a team member. I felt all the environment friendly.
I didn't get the feeling that my interviewers had fully read all my documents. That doesn't mean that they have asked irrelevant questions or that they were totally unaware of my CV, I mean that I couldn't get a feeling like that.
After all I had an excellent Interview experience and get the answer of all my questions, and had the opportunity to introduce myself fairly well.
My real problem was that I couldn't find enough information on the company website about my job or the people working in alike positions prior to the interview which could helped me.
