Despite most people are in Home Office (by choice), colleagues are willing to help and support each other. At team events it is always nice to meet and share.

- Das Onboarding ist eine komplette Katastrophe - in allen Bereichen und Anstellungen.
- Unternehmensführung ist nicht transparent. Gerade in schwierigen Phasen ist die Kommunikation sehr schlecht und Mitarbeiter werden ohne Vorwarnung gekündigt.
- Führungskräfte sind zu viel in anderen Bereichen integriert und damit nicht nah am eigenen Team. So werden Problem nicht wahrgenommen oder als wichtig erkannt.
- Unternehmen muss deutlich strukturierter werden.
- Führungskräften müssen Kompetenzen ihrer Mitarbeiter/in mehr nutzen.
- Außendarstellung passt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Situation überein und das auch intern. Mehr Schein als Sein.
