Work-Life balance. It was just perfect.
Bad behaviros are tolerated and no measures taken. And the problem is that management was trying to pass the problem to one another and not really own it.
They need to adjust salaries for existing employees and not wait until they terminate to offer them the increase

Working hours are generally flexible. Nevertheless, you always have to note in a special Slack channel if you want to take a longer break or leave earlier. So there is still control after all.
The employer should take more time for employees and treat everyone the same, no matter what the employee's role is!
Supervisors should also not be so rude and disgusting to one.
