It really is a pity, when some employees choose to misconstrue the facts. As a token of our appreciation the HR department rewards employees for taking the time to write these reviews. Their ratings are anonymous and reflect the employees' independent views. The give-aways, just like the work they perform, are based on an honour system of trust. That in itself, speaks volumes for our philosophy. There is absolutely NO correlation between the type of rating and the reward as we have no idea who wrote what when.
