The culture has become more imperial. There is no empathy at all. The management only cares about numbers and doesn't contribute in resolving a problem. There is no more trust among the team and management.

Fake promises are made openly in meetings just to show good sides. If you raise your voice, you are fired or looked extremely negatively.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The previous colleagues who are still working are extremely good and lend a hand to help. But everyone is overworked and hardly have time to discuss.

Management is not considerate about the personal/private life. You end up working on weekends and work is not appreciated.
