Most important aspect in my opinion: This employer has a very good reputation among its clients. The employer work for a very stable industry, has a very big clients, a lot of interesting projects within company. This employer has a good HR department and the Management team is very responsive offering you a lot of help to your problems. This company offered me a good salary, plenty of vacation days in the work contract and good relocation package. Due to a family problem I was obliged to go back in my country and I can tell you from my heart that I regret I left this company. But life is an open book :-)
