Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The products they produce, and the mission. However, I think along the way the mission is now less important.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Take away the power from the current decision makers! The whole company needs a new leader or new leaders, good leaders. A proper and realistic plan is necessary. People need onboarding, people need enablement and empowerment. I saw very good people working at the company, I saw professional concepts, ideas and results. Those people also got fired, probably for nothing.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Worst place of work I have ever experienced. "Fire & hire" at its worst. No structure, no professionalism. The company has the shiny green and good reputation but on the inside it is a horror house.

Colleagues fear getting fired at all times just because the founder makes irrational and illogical decisions. Every day there is a new drama that employees have to solve. Every day clients or business partners call about unpaid bills. At the end of the month, you aren't sure if you get paid.

Founder lacks leadership skills, doesn't communicate with the team, doesn't work alongside them. Lies are being told inside and outside.

One has to work from the office at all times, homeoffice is not really possible. There are some irrational rules that apply to employees.

Overall it is just horrible and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Kommunikation

Transparent and inadequate. Founder tells lies to employees (and investors too probably). Leadership makes promises that aren't held. There is no onboarding, plans or structure. Employees are kept in the dark about business decisions. It is impossible to work this way. Replies to emails are rare. You receive Whatapp messages but only on your private phone and important questions aren't answered.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The few that are there, are working together and helping each other out where possible. But this is due to the terrible leadership and the colleagues are the only ones you have when you are working there.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The worst I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, irrational, illogical overall terrible. No structure, no focus. People are promised the world but then aren't enabled to do their work or don't receive necessary information or access to things when hired. As a result, you are fired when you don't perform.
The founders management style is out of a different time. It's very top down, very ego driven, very unfair and also very two-faced and unreliable. The person in charge has serious issues that need fixing, someone else needs to take over the company.

Arbeitsbedingungen

No company phones are provided. Equipment is okay. Office is nice, could be better equipped.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The mission to protect the rainforest is great, no doubt. Not sure how important saving the rainforest really is though from what I have seen. I have the feeling that fame, money and ego of the founder is more important than the mission.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Payments keep coming late. Expenses aren't paid.

The company has a good reputation, but a good mission and a pretty face in the media isn't going to be enough for long. There is a huge difference between the reputation from the outside to what's going on on the inside.
