The vision is, to transform a bunch of acquired standalone products into a leading construction platform, but nobody is able to explain how this should happen. Huge lack of strategy and communication. High pressure from investors and no trust from C-level to employees and vice versa.

No investments in products anymore, just "keep the lights on". Product Management department is not existent. Anything is decided top-down and constantly changing. C-level doesn't show interest in sustainable long-term changes. The only thing they care for is how to realize short-term revenue increases.
