Work-Life-Balance
in the old times, it was quite likely to to end up in a travelling project, at a pretty significant cost of your own life.
As a consultancy, you always are expected to bill the full week to the client. There are plenty of other activities, like community building or interviews, that you'd like to engage with. It ends up being a pretty significant investment of time.
Interessante Aufgaben
In general there is always room to try new things, and to push yourself. In fact, it's likely to land on projects where you don't know all the techs and have the opportunity to upskill yourself.
Gleichberechtigung
I'd say the non-male quota for developers is around 40%, which is pretty unheard in the industry
Arbeitsbedingungen
offices are really nice, and there is investment in working conditions. Taking two stars from the conditions derived from the travelling (I landed in some pretty poor office spaces in some projects)

On absolute terms, probably good to pretty good. But compared to the demands of many roles, not great.

In terms of what you end up learning and the opportunities to grow, it'd be 5 stars. I take one away because the personal investment.
