At first I loved it, but I don't anymore
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
the unspoken hierarchy within the company and the feeling a lot of the other teams don't exaclty know what we are doing and what we have to deal with everyday (since customer support can be really, really harsh sometimes)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I like my team, but feel like there is an unspoken company hierarchy when it comes to the different teams. My team definitly is not on the top there!
Kommunikation
They say Feedback is really important to the company, but I feel like they don't always like to get negative feedback themselfs.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I feel like there are a lot of great colleagues but also some that would stab you in the back, if it means something is in it for them.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working hours and felxible homeoffice/officedays
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Feel like our team is not appreciated the same as other teams, although we do the shit work (Customer Support)
Interessante Aufgaben
after so long working there the different tasks are basically the same everyday and there is not much variety, wich makes it boring.
Gleichberechtigung
The company has a lot of employed women but not so much diversity when it comes to ethnicity
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
well there aren't so many older colleagues working there anyway
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is nice + flexible working hours.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not so many benefits (from wich I can really benefit) + Sallary is not so high, especially when you start working in the company. Start sallary has not changed in the last years, although the inflation has been quite high and the costs of living in bigger cities are pretty high. With the question if we could receive more money, since living in Hamburg and other bigger cities is expensive, they said: well you can work remotly so you don't have to live in Hamburg or another big city. Wich IMO is a really privileged and inappropriate thing to say.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There have been some people able to be promoted within my team, or get to do other jobs within other teams. I feel like there is not the same opportunity for everyone. As for some jobs within the other teams, they want you to prove yourself with sample tasks and let everyone of the team know this position is open, as for other positions that are not openly called out to everyone but only to one person privatly. This gives me the feeling of playing favorites and not giving everyone the same chance.
