The atmosphere of the videocall was very pleasant. Interview half German and half English - while English is not my mouther's tounge, the interviewer was very patient. Left the videocall with comfort, thank you.

I'm happy about how the interviews were structured. It only took 2 calls and a coding challenge before the employment offer was presented, so that's a huge plus. The HR manager was very friendly and helpful, other employees that I spoke with were also friendly. I am very pleased with the entire process, I wish more companies were this respectful in regards to the applicant's time.

The interview and the team was very friendly and open, every question was cleared during the interview and you see how professional and well prepared the team is, You also feel the good relation and respect in between the colleges and that made the interview so enjoyable. :)

I received a very friendly and relaxed interview experience.

The process put me at ease and made for a really good two way meeting, where I learnt not only about the position and scope of the role, but I also got a great feel for the culture of the business.

I was alone in front of 3 people. Nervous, since English is not my mother tongue. But, seeing the smile of my interviewers, I calmed down. They introduced me to the company, informed me about available positions, and asked me questions. Kind, friendly and smiling. They made me feel like I could add value. I hope so.

I only had a phone interview with the recruiter, who called and explained me, that my profile fits better to another position and explained if I would be interested in that or not.
However the recruiter was not really well prepared, he did not check my CV before the interview, and asked accidentally if I know anything about the company I am applying to, while in my CV it was clear that many years before, I was working for that company. After this question I was not sure if he called the right person, or mixed up the phone numbers.
