Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I worked at T&T in Berlin a few years ago. The company is fair and loyal to its employees and you get every opportunity to develop yourself. Of course you just have to take these chances with both hands. The companies I worked for after T&T, the communication, cooperation, salary, projects, assignments and team atmosphere was worse. People always think that the grass is greener with the neighbors, but that is certainly not always the case. The company events twice a year in Munich were always a highlight. Honestly, I regret leaving T&T.
