Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war sehr offen, klar und schnell.

I had a total of 4 interviews, all of which I thought went really well. The interviewers (HR, FP&A Manager, VP FP&A, FD) were agreeable, level-headed and nice people, but after going through this process for about 4-6 weeks with the company, they just ghosted me. I eventually sent an email to retract my application, and in turn I received an (automated) email to rate the application process.
One last point was that the position was marketed as 100% remote within DE, confirmed with HR, but in the interview I was asked how I would manage coming into the Berlin-based office on a regular basis since I live far away, so there was some kind of internal dissonance there.
All in all not the worst interview experience I've had, but there is some room for improvement.
The interview(s) were pleasant and felt more like a conversation between colleagues on what skillset we have, how we perceive different situations and what we would hypothetically do in x or y situations regarding management.
Meine Bewerbung bei Uberall hätte nicht besser laufen können - auch unabhängig des Ergebnisses: Alle Termine wurden unkompliziert vereinbart, alle Abläufe wurden transparent erklärt, alle Gespräche waren sehr interessant und alle Gesprächspartner waren wirklich freundlich!
I was really disappointed with this company. They pretend to be big, but don't give feedback in a timely manner. They make you go through 5 interviews with tasks taking OVER 2 MONTHS (!) and only after final interview (!) which is usually only formal, it turns out something wasn't enough, which could have been communicated long ago, but wasn't, since you are there just in case they won't find somebody else.
At the end, I am glad I won't join this company, it doesn't seem to be serious at all, and surely has numerous problems if you read reviews here.
Don't recommend to have something in common with them.
Recruiter called me and asked me to have ab interview with her. We spoke for about 10-15 minutes and she said she liked me so she would talk to the hiring manager and vome back to me. 2-3 days later, i received a message in LinkedIn asking for my phone number as she wants to call me. I sent her the number and am still waiting for the call- 3 months down the line! No call, no feedback, nothing. Very poor
Dringend den Bewerbungsprozess professionalisieren
Von vornherein und über alle Abteilungen hinweg klären, wie eine offene Stelle dotiert ist. Die Gespräche waren sehr nett, das Angebot am Ende irgendwo zwischen enttäuschend und Frechheit.
You will never be able to hire professionals if your reqruiter is a disaster. It was the most arrogant reqruiter I ever talked to. But the worst thing was that she had no clue what she was talking about. If this attitude represents your company philosophy, then good luck.
Finden sich selber extrem toll, haben aber eine katastrophale Kommunikation.
So verdient kununu Geld.
