Interesting but short lived working experience

The job as a junior news and media editor is a job that needs very specific training. The training offered however is learn by shadowing via colleagues sharing their screens. This method is effective but needs a lot of time which was not offered before I had to dive in and work on my own. Some colleagues were super friendly and took the time to explain. However, the job is comprised of continuous time deadlines which makes it difficult to explain things in a timely manner. So it depends on catching what you can as the other colleague works. Despite that, I was able to understand alot of things and learn the main job in about 4 weeks. However, one cannot learn everything in 4 weeks, especially in a job with so many details that also has so many subjective situations, where for example one colleague can say based on their experience that one article is important for one client whereas the other would say no its not important. As a newbie, one expects to be guided with more patience, however one of the superiors was very strict expecting that I should know everything and be able to work entirely independantly due to the fact that i have been *trained*. Despite a tough week with that superior, the friendly colleagues in the weeks after were able to continue guiding me until i got the full picture. So after about a month and a half of work, the job was pretty comfortable, right amount of challenging and even fun. But in Germany the probationary period allows for dismissal within the 1st 6 months of the contract. Therefore, on my 2nd day of being sick, I received a contract termination notice in my post followed by a phone call confirming that I have been fired due to the need to cut down costs. Only to find that they listed a new advertisement for the same job I was doing. I would have liked to be informed at least of how i can improve my performance before being let go like that after committing to a stressful and challenging job where i had to learn everything from ...
