The diversity was great!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

HR and the owners of the company do not care about complaints relating to mobbing, or discrimination. Various complaints were submitted against a particular person and nothing was done. There is only one HR for UE and other GUS companies and you can tell they are overworked with the high turnover of employees. Additionally, they promise students things that don't exist so the students come to the workers and the workers are the ones having to deal with the angry customers. This company only cares about profit not their students nor their employees.

You had to keep asking for basic office supplies and received older laptops that ran on old systems

There was absolutely no cultural sensitivity, and was forbidden to talk to certain staff by management

Everyone received the same salary no matter the experience or education level, there was no room for growth in salary. There were staff working more than 2 years and still had the same salary with no benefits nor bonuses
