High Work Pressure: Constantly expected to handle multiple tasks (often 5+ items at a time) while also managing a team, leading to burnout.

Low Team Morale: No effective measures are taken to boost team spirit, leaving the work environment highly stressful and demotivating.

Policy Not Followed: Company policies exist, but they are not enforced. They're more of a display rather than something that actually benefits employees.

Lack of HR Support: HR seems indifferent to employee concerns. Issues related to harassment or disrespect go unresolved, and there is no proper action taken.

No Work Council: There is no formal structure like a work council to support employees, making it difficult to raise issues effectively.

Weak Leadership: The tech leadership lacks clear direction, which creates confusion and inconsistency in projects and goals.

Poor Data Structures: The company’s data architecture is extremely disorganized, making it hard to get things done efficiently.

Office Politics: There's a toxic environment where people often say one thing in front of you and act differently behind your back.

High Stress, Low Pay: The salary does not match the level of stress and responsibility expected.

Lack of Action Against Harassment: I personally experienced disrespect and harassment from team members, but despite raising the issue, no action was taken by HR.
