Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. Although it was given some time ago, we still would like to comment on it because the feedback of our employees is very important to us and we want to be transparent! Also, some things have changed in the meantime.

We're very sorry that you didn't like the working atmosphere in October 2022. Among other things, our Feelgood Manager is doing a lot to help us continuously improve this and please everyone as much as possible. In addition, we have hired an Employee Experience Lead who will be conducting engagement surveys, among other things, to help us understand the relationship between Usercentrics and our employees, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and make further improvements.

To answer your feedback on the Leadership Team and communication: The Leadership Team always strives to be accessible to all employees, which is why they e.g. offer a fixed weekly meeting slot that can be booked. A lot has also changed with regard to the communication in the company that you criticized, and all colleagues receive regular company updates.

We would also like to mention that in the current year 2023 we have successfully implemented new processes for performance management, including management training and reviewing salaries.
