Good intentions - realization could be much better
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There are some really good guys working for Userlane. You can learn a lot from them.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Transparency, communication, salary.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Understand the importance of good leaders. People follow people they can identify with. You can have a thousand good employees but when their leaders don't leverage their potential its like rain on hot rocks.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The people at Userlane are really great to work with. Some of them are a bit over ambitious and out of a social perspective not on the highest level but I guess this is normal in a startup. Your supervisors expect you to find own solutions which can be good and bad.
Kommunikation
When everything is fine the communication is pretty transparent. If times of stagnation numbers it gets a bit slower and intransparent.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Honesty is not written in big letters but this is addressed to the leaders and founders. Sometimes you can feel weird vibes between people.

In the end, everyone has to focus on his own stuff. To be honest: nobody really cares about your plans and happiness. There is just one goal and this is growing revenue. But this is also normal for a startup.
Gleichberechtigung
Pretty commendable. Gender distribution is almost 50/50 everybody is treated equally.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is impressive and brand new. You have a few above whole Munich which can balance you in stormy times. Notebooks, Screens etc. are up-to-date.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No special measures. But most of the people there influence each other to care for our environment which is really good.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
When you apply for a startup you don't expect a high salary. But it could be a bit higher. Especially some benefits when the company reaches a specific goal or so.
Image
They implemented some values but don't really live them. This automatically leads to employees who lose respect for their own company a bit.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Obviously it depends on the current situation of the company. When you grow like hell as a startup you can develop yourself in better positions pretty fast. When you don't grow ...
