All in all, a very pleasant working atmosphere. There are personal differences from time to time, but these are more attributable to the employees than the employer and such behavior is also completely normal when working with people.
There are also frequent exchanges regarding the work of the other departments, which ensures good team spirit.

The company is very transparent about the goals of their goals and the individual goals of the employees. There are separate meetings for this purpose in which targets are agreed. In my opinion, this is a very fair model for evaluating the performance of individuals, as you have both quantitative and qualitative markers that clearly define whether a goal has been achieved or not. There is also a strong feedback culture.

The colleagues are all very open and honest with each other when it comes to work-related matters. As a rule, everyone greets you in a very friendly manner and you can talk about various topics.

Supervisors are always approachable and available if there is a problem. As they take on an enormous amount of responsibility, I find this very surprising and commendable.

I have never been able to learn as much in any other job as I have here. Although interestingness is a subjective perception and you can never give everyone interesting tasks all the time, the company is very good at strengthening employees' personal skills through individual tasks.

The company promotes further training for employees, but this offer must also be accepted by the employees. Thanks in part to the enormous expertise of my colleagues, I have the feeling that I can still learn a great deal here, both professionally and on a personal level.
