Not healthy for mothers
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone is so focus on getting promoted that they only have time to think about them. But you will find good people that’s nice to work with.
Kommunikation
They aren’t transparent with their communication. In leadership you just find a lot of ex-consultants that know how to sell bs but have no clue how to manage human beings.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There’s no team-work, because people need to show that they can do it better than you to get a promotion.
Work-Life-Balance
Be ready to work 12 hours a days, sometimes during the weekend.. and… no one will than you for doing so, it’s what they expect from you. For mothers: impossible.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very few senior managers, associate directors and directors are real leaders. It has a lot of “senior” people just acting like they are re-inventing the world but they don’t listen to their teams, to the feedback provided, to the concerns. They are also too busy trying to get a promotion.
Interessante Aufgaben
You will be able to learn a lot.
Gleichberechtigung
80% of the leaders are male. You find a los of females in the more junior positions. Coming back from maternity was a nightmare for me - 0 help or understanding.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There’s non older colleagues
Arbeitsbedingungen
They pay good and have some good benefits.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They don’t 0 in this regards.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They pay good and have some good benefits.
