- Reset org structure, reduce workload, work on internal communication, work on culture, embrace learning from your mistakes (instead of trying to talk about everything positively)

a lot of passive aggressive messages around, a lot of pressure to deliver more (intended) and no plan on improving this for the next year.

Monthly townhall, some updates but not structured in a way that helps. They share statistics YoY growth without much context, improvement plans (and if, only high level).
Feedback only by unmuting yourself or in your monthly feedback review. No intend of changing things if you don't let employees speak (without hundreds of people listening)

silo-ed working, but generally very strong

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
well, they hire from insurance companies with years of experience in this industry only to call them "old dinosaurs". I felt uncomfortable how often this was said in the last 9 months and I am not even in that age range.
