thank you for your comment!
That workload can at times be overwhelming is true and partly the nature of the business (doubling business yoy is a challenging task).
However, we make sure that everyone works regular hours, voluntary home office during up to 3 days a week add to a healthy work life balance. Our vacation days are above average. Despite the demanding tasks, we hope to provide an environment in which inspirational tasks and experiences and hard work are well balanced.
