I never received proper feedback from the supervisors, "that looks nice" was the best I got. When we had HR manager everything was better, at least someone cared.

Schlecht! The leaders don't follow the processes, they change things themselves and didn't tell anyone, I never understood why they were always against meetings................

Although I had very good and experienced colleagues, it is difficult to do “teamwork” because the leaders never motivate it and treat each channel as if they were different companies, they divide the team instead of uniting it...
