Hire proper managers at mid level who are ethical and take honest decisions which would benefit organization. Not their friendship within organization.

Founders are not capable of taking proper decision in benefit of the organization. A small kid can take a better decision than them. Investor should look into a proper CEO with good management skills who can take good and harsh decisions in favour of organization and hard working loyal employees.

No one takes feedback. Favoritism over Good performers.

Founders have no idea what is happening in the organization. All good performing loyal employees over several years in company were thrown during a major layoffs. Managers kept their favourite people who have hardly contributed to the success of organization and not even a year in the organization.
Work-Life-Balance
Managers don't have the balls to remove bad performers. All the good performers get overloaded with lot of work because of this.
Interessante Aufgaben
No interesting idea since last couple of years. Redundant useless tasks.
