The cohesion among colleagues, even across departments, is great! Everyone tries to help each other with questions and problems or at least forwards them to the right person. Especially in the People Team, the colleagues are great! Helpful, open to suggestions, everyone can express their opinion freely and is respected! I have not only found great colleagues here, but also friends.

Xentral offers a lot of flexibility and the possibility to autonomously structure one's working day, so that the work-life balance is manageable

Overall there a lot of good people in the management at Xentral but there is definitely also room for improvement e.g. to develop the middle management further
