Micro management at its worst: Crazy goals, no trust, no strategy + founders & product are not ready to scale

The colleagues are nice. The product helps to solve problems for small & medium businesses.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No strategy, constant changes of direction. The founders bring in VPs but then do not let them do their work which results in VPs leaving... Or they fire them because they blame them for their decisions. Within one year 5 VPs left or were kicked out. Now there is only consultants left in the leadership who have never worked in Saas, nor in Ecommerce or ERP before.
To work for this management is so unpleasant and unsatisfying that only shareholders tend to remain employed for an extended period, while almost all others seek alternative opportunities. Employee churn is extremely high which says everything.
