Flexible working hours, nice colleagues, a lot of freedom in the "how to do my job"

The reason for company wide decision should be more clear and directly communicated. No wrong reasons should be invented to calm the crowd.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

On cluster level it is a very good atmosphere, but the higher in the hierarchy, the more process and not human driven it gets.

Kommunikation

Communication on cluster level is good but on company level it lacks clarity, but most likely related to that the board is driven by different things then the employees

Hello and thank you for your feedback! It's good to see that your time with us was great and that you enjoyed the flexibility and work-life balance. And you're absolutely right – our colleagues are the best ever.
In a big company like ours, consisting of many brands, products and business units, it's always a challenge to find the one-fits-all format to give a clear information & decision flow. As you know we try to make room for as many exchange as possible, for example with our weekly company meetings, the questions for the board and the open door mentality on all levels. And if something is not clear you can give your feedback to our board directly or anonymously if you prefer it. But of course we'll forward your feedback to our Communication Department as input for future formats.
