Arbeitsatmosphäre
Nice office, put a lot of effort into equipment (Android & Apple options), adjustable tables, worked with interior designer for pretty furnitures and style. Yellow is horrible tho & we had like 5 different tones of yellow but that's just personal preference & collegial opinions
Kommunikation
Onboarding was not ideal, didn't got teached some essential processes that made me having troubles later on, my old teamlead – made me feel unskilled & unimportant at what I do which lead to real big frustrations, benefits were suddenly cut out back then after moving to the new office and they found excuses and blamed it on the employees behavior, talking to the senior gave the impression of " you always can do more & be better but it's not enough what you are doing right now" which gets highly praised as "the extra mile & ownership". Biggest frustration of my life after that talk and didn't motivate me but rather crushed the last bit of will to work there. I have to admit that really thrilled & teached me for my new job where what I do get really positive recognition but I'm still have the feeling of not doing enough too often thanks to that horrific communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Teams and groups building up, mostly the old members of the team like the leads and or younger Generations which was lovely to experience, but when drama happens people get curios just to be the first to know what's happening and that was sad to see but is probably normal. Sometimes we did go for lunch, brunch or BBQ evenings or whatever. Also there's barely a line between private & work bc many are best buds there as well as work colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
They had statements from employees on their old website that sugarcoated overtime work, furthermore they organized so called "Moonlight-Mingles" where they extra plan a day in a week to do voluntary do overtime bc they have either fun to work with their colleagues, "Go the extra mile & show ownership" and/or were needing this time to work on projects because the volume of work on teammembers were straight away overwhelming even for the most brilliant and hard working people out there. Me personally I felt 2/3 of the time very exhausted, frustrated and depressed while my time being there & made me overthink working in marketing and in an agency at all, where I really loved my industry prior to this employer experience! Free Weekends and early bedtimes are non existant... All female colleagues mentioned extreme weight gain within 1 year which they didn't had before.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Demotivating, arrogant & manipulating in some cases, pressuring indirectly to the coaching, newly promoted teamleads were not skilled to lead or motivate to solve problems that also were adressed and not able to handle the interpersonal level individually.
Interessante Aufgaben
Clients that we worked with that time had nice products, still B2B in SaaS & Tech leaves less room for creativity and innovation, but rather performance based best practices which I understand but felt a bit limiting. They had great cases & experiences, especially within LinkedIn & B2B.
Gleichberechtigung
Depends on the departments and teamleads, especially on structures to handovers & promotions. Personal Development & working way towards next promotional level couldn't be tracked with clear guidelines in some departments.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Felt like there were really none, except for the senior. Older/more experienced colleagues from different departments were also unsatisfied and left quite fast after starting at the company.

Salary is for each ok for german market conditions, but workload & responsibility, as well as expectations for each salary level are exaggerated.

Always praise of themselves to be the best, I like the ambition & innovation they daily implement and pursue, maybe in the B2B SaaS & Tech Bubble they are taking big steps since they are also till a young company, but big agencies and SaaS related
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Hm... they still seem to have highly unsatisfied employees at the end of 2024 what I heard of currently employed colleagues and their bubble seems to burn a little from the inside. Wish them strenght and all the best, try to soak in skills and if you leave, leave behind the toxic mindset.
