Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Everyone is treated with the utmost respect - from founder to working student.
- Flat hierarchies are real
- Great support in every way from HR
- salary above market level
- long-term thinking
- employees are given great responsibilty and they all carry it happily
My personal favorite: complete flexibility regarding the workplace. Remote work can be done from everywhere!

small points:
- sometimes there is a barrier of communication towards the founders' level.They are very busy, so it is understandable
- individual developmnet could be a bit more structured (e.g., through development programs, or certificates)

thank you very much for your honest feedback.

It's really nice to hear that you are particularly convinced of our work-from-everywhere concept. We already offered remote work before Corona, but this time has made us realize that it is possible for our team to work together successfully from anywhere.

This not only allows our employees to work from the most beautiful places in the world, but also to combine such a trip with a relaxing vacation. Remote work and our work-from-everywhere concept also gives us the opportunity to expand our team of talent without having to focus on our Munich location.

Thank you also for your comments on potential improvements. We have recently introduced our Development Dialog in order to be able to respond even more individually to personal development. Please feel free to contact me again with any questions you may have .
