We have been struggling with sales for a long time - we know what to do, have good contacts, great knowledge. Many people have left however. We need a chief sales that understand light, lighting, and the people who help our customers. Currently it is too superficial and changes made have little effect. I will come back when management change as happened. No confidence that current sales leadership knows what to do and cares more about how he is perceived. The real issue is not understood.
