Look into managers that supervise individuals, who leave at an unusually high rate and/or for similar reasons. The issues within the company don’t get resolved just because people left. More likely than not, the patterns some managers have established will continue and possibly even worsen over time, especially considering the rapid growth (aka. hiring).

The experience is highly dependent on the role and team one is assigned. There’re incredibly smart and kind people, but there’re also quite a few folks, who lack maturity and professionalism, yet somehow managed to have considerable influence, including on leadership. Some individuals in leadership positions appear to be more concerned about their own career advancement than the quality of the work and the well-being of their team members. Quite disappointing and unfortunate.
