Good communication culture, openness to new employees. Beautiful offices promoting spontaneous conversation.

Organizational Decisions are dominated by persons who are more than 10 years in the company and build rather on their insider relationships than leadership skill or experience in other larger organizations

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Dynatrace had a very strong growth in the last years. It has been a spear head market leader for many years and developed a strong "we know better" culture. May advice, as organization, learn more from others who have reached that size. R&D has a high Linz focus: IMO, an international setup in the true sense would enable more sustainable growth.
