Despite recent comments that one can read here, it is a still great place to work and there is still flexibility in how one wishes to organizes their work and working hours.

It is a true, there should be some improvement when it comes to communication of major changes affecting all the employees. Often it feels like there has not been put enough thought and consideration how some things are transmitted to employees.
