  • 1. As soon as the recruiting team receives your application, they will review your profile with the team leader of the respective department. This usually takes between one to three weeks, if successful, you will then be informed by the recruitment department about the next steps in the process.

    2. The first round interview will take place either personally or via Skype and is dedicated to getting to know you better. The respective team leader and a member of the recruiting team will take part in this interview. We will also take the time to brief you about the open position and give you an overview of our company.

    3. You can usually expect feedback within of one to two weeks. If we decide to proceed, the second interview will take place in our Vienna office. You will then have the opportunity to meet the rest of your prospective team members and see the work environment.

    4. After the evaluation period of usually one week, the recruiting team will contact you via phone with the final feedback.

This company made me burnt out after couple years out of school.
I would also like to say, and I don't want to generalize, it is maybe only for my own department, the biggest raises, bonuses and promotions were given only to Austrian people and except one, only Austrian people are in lead position in my ex-department.

Leider musste ich in meinem Krankenstand erfahren, dass ich gekündigt wurde – als alleinerziehende Mutter, drei Wochen vor Weihnachten. Besonders enttäuschend empfand ich die Begründung, die meine angeblich nicht ausreichende Performance betraf, obwohl dies vor meinem Krankenstand das gegenteilige Thema war. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft mehr Empathie und Fairness gegenüber Mitarbeitenden gezeigt wird, insbesondere in schwierigen Lebenslagen.

HR can only do templates. Even the answers on Kununu are templates, there is no effective approach. They only mention Great Place to Work surveys, but it seems the results on the next survey will be much different. HR does nothing to actually make the company a better place to work. HR does not protect employees or take care of their needs. The only thing that matters is their own careers.

- Fire the upper management that is clearly not bringing any value to the company (in the yearly assignments, we clearly voice our opinions and needs, which are never heard)
- Stop working people to the bone, and then act like it's the most normal thing
- It's an iGaming company, but the budget is so tight you can't even dream of workshops, conferences, etc.
- Stop with the lies and trying to upkeep a fake social ...
