Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Decisions are being made without explanation for the employees. Financial results of our company do not seem to reflect well into how things evolve for us. Everyone seems to pay for the wrong decisions taken by some.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Improve the office, more meeting rooms, (much) more space in the kitchen, better coffee, better food in the restaurant

Despite things getting worse, for me, the athmosphere is still very good.

Kommunikation

Communication has clearly become worse in the last 10 months, decisions are being made without explaining them to people

Return to office 60% of the time made work-life balance worse than before

Arbeitsbedingungen

Return to office 60% of the time made work-life balance and working conditions in general worse. The office in Vienna is not ready for this. The facilities in the building are outdated, especially comparing to competitors
