Would definitely give 0 stars if this was possible
Worst communication I have ever experienced in a company
Big decisions that negatively impact people’s lives (return to office) are poorly communicated and there is zero openness for feedback: deal with it or leave
Parents begged the board members to reconsider their decision, because they would not have time anymore for their kids and the next company newsletter included a citation:

Amazing colleagues who are ready to burn out to save their team members from it

I have the impression that I can’t trust colleagues who have high ambitions and would do anything to get promoted.

Lower level managers 3, they are approachable but the do not have the courage to stand up for their employees

It’s gambling, so it’s difficult to feel comfortable with the tasks
At some point there is nothing more to learn and you get stuck in a never ending routine of the same tasks that are on your desk over and over again

Male colleagues get promoted more easily even if a woman has more experience and people management skills

Return to office policy ruthlessly implemented
People burn out and feel guilty to leave their colleagues with even more work behind
Toilets are often dirty since the return to office policy was implemented
I have never seen the cleaning staff change a single bin liner in years, but I try not to think about it.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Money is much more important than society and the planet
Instead of indicating the price on the printer it would be great to indicate the CO2 emissions

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

I feel undervalued for the work I do and I know that many colleagues are in the same situation
Some employees have less experience and a much higher salary
Despite inflation you have to beg for the smallest raise
There a very few benefits, for example the public transport ticket and fresh fruits
On MyClubs there are a few points for hundreds of employees so you have to book a course the very minute they are available
E-bikes and e-cars were always booked

All these social media posts about how great the company is look fake to me and do not represent how it looks like to work for this company
I try not to mention where I am working to avoid conflicts with people around me

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There has not been much time and money for professional and personal development for several years
If you plan to travel to a conference get ready to stay at a run-down hotel and eat sandwiches instead of proper meals
