Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I used to like the home office and the fact they listened and cared about us. The good things left are the colleagues (sadly lots of them left) and the cantine.

The downfall has already started. I really hope someone from Novomatic , specially the people they sent to Greentube to mess things up read this so they realize that the ones who make their buisness and money (emlpoyers) are not happy at all! Managers and higher ups keep quiet and don't tell them anything because they are afraid, so they thing they are doing great

Since I don't think there is any possibility to remove the Novomatic influence that has been forced since 2023, there is very unlikley things will change for the good. The downfall has already started. Everyone is upset and un-motivated since the home office pollicy changed. Not entirely because they changed it, but the way they announced it and the unreal reasoning behind it. Afterwards, they just silenced everyone who had criticism. They should write a book about how to destroy your own company culture in several steps.
Kommunikation
Communication is absolutely bottom since Novomatic sent two guys. They just decide among high level what to do and then throw it at the employers with no chance to say something. Hybrid work announcment is the best example
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues and people (which Greentube doesn't seem to understand and prioritize anymore) are between the only reasons I stick around
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance has been killed unnecessarly when they changed the work from home pollicy forcibly , with no real benefits of the new hybrid system
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Supervisors micromanage and are encouraged to micromanage since novomatic took over. Those in higher paid positions do not want to say anything bad about the company to their higher supervisors. Everything you say something bad about Novomatic guys they change the subject

Open spaces with lots of people put togheter. Very noisy and kills your attention since they forced us to go to the office for now reason. Equipment wise, you have what you need to do your job. I wish they changed the chairs in the office, they are old and not ergonomical
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is fair, but it is very unlikley to get a raise even if you ask.

The image has completely changed from 2023, like I said in the title, Greentube has been put to sleep by Novomatic. What used to be an amazing company that listened and prioritized their people, transformed in a greedy money machine factory. Fair well modern people-centered Greentube , welcome back old-Austrian Novmatic. Thank you again Novomatic!
