If they are preparing layoffs, they should get rid of the whole C-level and the whole HR department. The fish stinks from the head.

The spirit and communication in the company became much worse since 2 guys from Novomatic joined in 2023. Both filled with ego, no knowledge and focus to ruin everything good in Greentube.

Communication at the lowest level. High incompetence in the HR department. There are rumors that they are preparing layoffs in 2025. They didn't conduct a Great Place To Work survey in 2024 because they knew the feedback would be negative.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Really bad. As many previous reviews have mentioned, it's only important that you get along with your manager. Then you can do whatever you want and you will always get new opportunities.

Not good. As always when they want to get rid of people, they're not going to get rid of bad performers, they're going to get rid of people they don't like on a personal level.
