It used to be a great company, but that's no longer the case
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It's quite concerning. Decisions are being made without any clear justification, and when people seek clarification, the intranet pages are locked and comments are disabled. Many are starting to suspect that the company is planning layoffs to cut costs. It seems like the focus is on keeping those who don’t voice their concerns rather than retaining the best talent.
Kommunikation
It seems a bit unfair that some people are required to come into the office while others have received exceptions without clear reasons. It would be great to have more consistency and transparency in how these decisions are made.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
If people aren't treated equally, how can they effectively work together?
Gleichberechtigung
It's particularly unfair for those working from Austria to be required to come into the office three days a week, while colleagues employed in Austria and working from home in Czechia only need to come in once a week. It’s even more concerning that this inconsistency includes individuals in higher positions, which means that they are receiving a better treatment in terms of work conditions.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Older colleagues?
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are quite poor. It's hard to believe that a company with such significant profits continues to complain about high personnel costs. It almost feels like they expect us to work for free just to boost their profits even more!
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Only minimum. If you don't get along with your boss, you probably won't get a raise. It seems like some people get more opportunities than others.
