A ones good department became really bad and can be called toxic now. It is only about YES Manager, a whole department just focusing on personal career perspectives for Managers.
Your work will be continuously sold as theirs,they can do everything they like: starting with mobbing, yelling, do not allow holidays, fail in huge projects, fire and hire, loose good people whilst not getting new good ones, zero communication .... do not go there. People are solely promoted in positions they cannot fulfill due to lack of stuff. Promotions solely go by personal favoritism. Managers take your work and sell it as theirs. Micromanagement instead of strategy approach. The most important things are power point presentations.

There is no communication anymore from Management, it is enough they know.

Really bad. Mobbing, no communications, hiding in their rooms, any feedback either ignored or might lead to loose your job.
