Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

HR can only do templates. Even the answers on Kununu are templates, there is no effective approach. They only mention Great Place to Work surveys, but it seems the results on the next survey will be much different. HR does nothing to actually make the company a better place to work. HR does not protect employees or take care of their needs. The only thing that matters is their own careers.

Even though this is a gambling company that makes a lot of money, they try to save as much money as possible on their employees. Team building is almost non-existent due to incompetence in HR and the apparent promotion of incompetent people to leadership positions. Reimbursements for conferences and courses are often denied without valid reasons. Since this year, the price has also been on display at the printer.
