In terms of our Greentube restaurant we ensure you that our restaurant team carefully selects the ingredients and suppliers, for some meals we use frozen ingredients to ensure the quality of the dish as this is a standard practice in most restaurants as well. You can always reach out to our restaurant team and order a gluten-free meal for lunch.
