If important decision that are affecting everybody are made, at least do the curtesy and communicate the whys, not just 'it is what it is'

Really good, eployees and leadership (only up to mid level) are really open to any question

Kommunikation

The leadership (mostly the board) is not communicating with the employers at all, decisions that are affecting all employees (eg. Home office rules) are being made without even saying why or what the decision is based on

Work-Life-Balance

It was really good, now with 60% back to the office this is not the case anymore

There is always room for improvement
