Many programs about personal development but in the end bad management and lack of servant leadership ruining it for most employees.

Evaluate CTO and his team and make changes to the good of the company!

Deteriorated over the past 1.5 years to the point that it affects the physical health of employees. Lack of direction and common purpose.

My direct management communication is Zero. I am Project Manager and I often am the last to learn about issues that I should have to oversee.

Direct team is great but also have been affected negatively by hostile management.

In general OK.

My boss is ignorant of all ongoing problems and have been shifting key roles to Argentina where he has direct authoritarian control. He does not like free thinkers and knowledge workers challenging his poor management!

Overall tasks have been inline with position in the past, however recently those have been taken away from me and new tasks are not engaging.

Benefits are below average. You get 3,6 Euro for the cafeteria and the Vienna ticket. Salary is below average and salary increases have been consistent ~4% over the past 5 years.
