Balanced
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Flexible working hours & home office! I can never work in a company without the opportunity of at least 50% home office again.
Benefits like free sports & 5 days additional vacation are great!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Inflation is never taken into account in salary negotiations. Also there is only a collective agreement in Vienna (and that one is not really good) so a yearly salary raise is not set.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Sometimes it's great, sometimes you struggle. I think it's like this in most companies. The most important thing is, that the team stands together and that leadership has your back & this is the case for me.
Kommunikation
We get a monthly overview about what's going on in the company. On a smaller scale, the communication is sometimes not great between the teams. There were times, when HR was a lot more people/employee-focused and you could go to them any time. Now it's definitely more company/management/economic focused.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Can't complain at all, the colleagues is one of the things that I value the most at LOOP.
Work-Life-Balance
You are the one in charge of your balance, which is fine in my opinion. It's just important to know that it takes quite some time for other people to notice when you overwork yourself. When you speak up (loud enough), you will be heard.
Good thing are 5 days additional vacation &
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depends on the Leader I guess. I am very happy with my current team lead but I know from personal experience, that there are also Leads who are not as competent.
Gleichberechtigung
Generally there are no difference in genders. In most of the departments this works perfectly fine, but in one of the creative departments, it seems a bit that male colleagues are getting the bigger / more prestige projects more often.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are not really "older" Colleagues, LOOP is generally pretty young. But people that work for LOOP for many years are very appreciated by management & colleagues.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The offices are pretty large and very open - so you have to get used to some general noise during the day. The Vienna office is a lot more quiet than the Salzburg office though.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There are a few caritative projects from what I know.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
It's an agency, so you will have to get over the fact that you're making big money. Nevertheless I think it's pretty fair and transparent. If you only care about the salary, you will not choose an agency in the first place.
Negative point: There is no yearly salary raise that takes inflation into consideration, management made that very clear.
Image
From the outside, LOOP as a very good Image. From the Inside I would give 4/5
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you want to transition in another position / aim for change, a way will be found. Maybe not super fast, so you have to be patient, but there will be a place that you like it you work towards it and show your competence. In terms of training - you actively have to present a course e.g that you want to take and LOOP will decide if you can do it or not.
