Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There could be more attention to peoples well-being when they are over-worked. It doesnt go unnoticed but dont sense that there is an urgency to take quick actions to recify the situation. There are many mental health initiaties taking place, but could be more and more personalised.
