Great team of motivated individuals with really diverse background from allover the world.
Work-Life-Balance
The best I have ever experienced. You are motivated even more, when you know, that nobody will question, that you have to be at home with a sick child. Your work has to be finished, but you are flexible on when/how you will finish it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I love the goal setting based on OKRs for the whole company. Never have I really seen direct connections between company goals and goals of the smallest units.
Interessante Aufgaben
Climeworks is generally truly innovative company. You are expected to have critical thinking and challenge status quo. That goes through all the functions.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
To be fair, there is not many of them, but the ones which are here are open minded and really fitting into Climeworkers culture.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Climeworkers are number one priority for CEOs, which is visible! Little bonus: I am not sure I have had so many work / social events in my life (not mandatory, but optional - also not lavish, but friendly and usually with purspose - e.g.: cultural hackathon).

So far I have not met ppl who would complain about working at Climeworks. Everybody might have reasons to change a job, but I do not believe there is a big fluctuation and ppl are generally happy here.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can certainly grow with the company (and it could be really speedy growth - same as the company). Nevertheless, the scale for almost everything is smaller than in corporate companies - hence, if you plan to go to corporate after Climeworks (although I am not sure somebody would wanna leave :)) you might be missing the large scale experience.
