Those have often excellent knowledge of the business and could definitely support in reaching the ambitious goals of CO2 adsorption. Taking their opinions into consideration could have helped to save a lot of wasted capital.

Integrity, performance and results could be raised, in case line managers would take opinions from the basement into consideration.
In case operations responsible individuals would focus on production progress, rather than on regulations, standards, statistics, supervision details in the production area and irrelevant details, the first next generation absorber containers could be delivered to production site already.

It is visible, that some longer-term employees are running their 9-to-5 job and then disappear. The company seems to loose long term employees gradually.

Some are communicating transparent, some hesitate to speak in open manner. Be careful, in case your line manager is just friendly in front of you and towards you. Watch what he is dealing in your back.
