Intransparent, only "positive" news are communicated openly. You get asked for feedback all the time as part of surveys, but then only the positive responses/results get published and nothing changes for the better

Depends on the team, some are great, others are truly opportunistic and you get stabbed in the back to gain advantage - much politics going on
Work-Life-Balance
As you would imagine from a consulting firm. Long hours and overtimes is not paid out, compared to some of the competitors who do that. You even get instructed to only record 8.2 hours to keep costs for clients low, even when working longer
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Old school, top down leadership in many areas, people get promoted for sales skills or relationships with the Partners, not for leadership ability. Speaking up against superiors is not appreciated and will be sanctioned, creating a toxic culture of fear where nobody feels comfortable speaking up. And HR is no help. If you seek advice or support, you can expect a terrible performance review or you're the next to be dismissed.
