Can vary project by project, but generally you can always count on your colleagues, not just based on earned respect, but also there is a generally positive and helpful attitude of anyone, even if you've never spoken to each other before.

Any number of home office days you like (customer permitting).

Can depend heavily on the business unit and direct line manager.
Generally, every manager wants you to work in your area of interest and progress with you career. Yearly reviews are data-driven and fair. There is also a 360-feedback culture, so it's not a face-check with your line manager that decides about promotions, bonuses, etc.
Interessante Aufgaben
It's a software company. If you like building large-scale software, you'll find it very appealing. But not all projects are created equal, some are more interesting than the others.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Modern offices (unless you work from the client side), modern tools to work with, all internal software systems are self-developed and they work very efficiently (time reporting, knowledge bases, support systems, etc).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Trying, trying... they could do more.
Recycling in the office as much as possible.
Some CSR activities every once in a while.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
EPAM focuses on salaries vs. anything else, so they are market-fair, sometimes even slightly better, strongly correlating with your seniority and value (revenue) created. There is also an employee stock plan which seems beneficial and created an incentive to do good work.
Pension scheme is the lawful minimum. Bonuses are not guaranteed.

Those companies that know EPAM trust them for the excellence and quality delivered. The problem is that most companies don't yet know EPAM. Marketing and event-representation is really weak to non-existent.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Growth opportunities are plenty both as individual contributors or in management. Regular assessments will give you an opportunity to measure yourself against in-house experts, new technical challenges at the client will drive your hard skills. Some difficult clients will develop your soft skills as well. :) There is also mentoring actively promoted.
